Sushi tonight

I"m going out to Sushi tonight. Hopefully since it's fish it worn't be too many calories. I will probably have a couple of cocktails too.  I don't think it will be too bad though. I have a pair of "goal jeans" in my closet that I need to fit into. I think they are a size 5/6 I'm not sure. I'm a size 8 right now..

So I ordered chinese. I tried to get the best thing I could. I got shrimp with garlic sauce with brown rice. Does anyone know how many calories this would be? I ordered th dinner size but of course I not going to eat it all..The rest of my day has been good. I had one package of oatmeal-160cals and a turkey sub-325cals..

I had 866 calories today and 795 cals yesterday. I'm going to try to go even lower tomorrow.. I also want to try the diet pill Stimerex. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? If so how much weight did you loose? Thanks ladies!

So I have been doing goo the last two days. Today's intake 866 calories and 795 yesterday.  I'm going to try to go even less the rest of the week. I also heard of this diet pill Stimerex. Has anyone tried it? I read reviews on it and it seemed really popular on the "diet pills' channel. So if anyone knows anything about it please let me know b/c I want to order them on thursday or friday when I get my paycheck..Okay thanks..Stay strong ladies!!

Okay So I have been eating more latley..I know terrible!  So unfortunatley I gained 5lbs. But I miss the feeling of being weak and putting in my diary that I had less than 500 calories and burning them all of. So I am doing to go back to 500 calories untill monday and then I'm going on the master cleanse. I just feel "good "and "accomlished" when I only have 500 cals a day and try to work it all off and taking diet pills.  okay well let me know what you all think..i am going to post some thinspo later tonight.

Okay it has been forever since I have been on here! I am so sorry!  I have just been busy with my new job and everything.  All is going well I guess..I gained 4lbs..GROSS! But I know I can loose it quick-and then some. So let me know how all of you are doing!!!!

okay so I'm going on the master cleanse diet on thursday for 10 or 12 days..hopefully i will loose 10 lbs or so,,I'm going to the health food store tomorrow after work and getting all the stuff for it. I'm so excitied to start it and loose this nasy flab! big saddlebags, gut, spare tire, ect..well I will update you and let you know how it is going and how much weight I'm loosing..=D

okay sorry i haven't posted in awhile..i took my boyfriend out to dinner for his b-day lastnight..so i had a steak..nothing else going on..i was looking at the P90X online, and you're suppose to loose wieght really fast with it..so my boyfriend was talking about getting one, so I'm going to tell him he should get it..anyways nothing new..ttyl lovley's

okay so today i ate..
Breakfast:  1 whole wheat begal-90cals
Lunch: south beach chicken wrap-230cals
Dinner: weight watchers philly pita-300 cals
total: 620
but..I took a walk for an hour -300cals
so really I have had about 320 cals..I will probably have a sting cheese later which is another 60 cals so that will bring me up to 380cals total, but i'm going to workout for  45mins to an hour so that will burn about 400-500 cals so i will be in the negative..good day for me..

Nothing exciting going on..i lead a pretty dull life..anyways I'll post more later..if anyone wants to chat hit me up..

okay this is annoying..wehn i go online and enter my weight and select an exersise to see how many calories i would burn doing it, different website give completley different answers..i entered running in palce for 60 mins..one site said 411 cals and another said 557cals-thats a pretty big difference..another one said 473 cals-so i thing i'm just going to average it at 500cals..if anyone knows of a website with accurate answers pls let me know..okay girlies have a good night..

okay i think i did pretty good today..

B'fast-nothing
lunch- a south beach chicken wrap(yummy) 230 cal's and a banana 100 cal's =330 cal's
sanck- string cheese 60 cal's
dinner- 1cup broccoli 30 cal's and a small piece of flounder fish-60 and a crystal lite 5 cals =95
today's total= 485.
 later I'm going to do my ab workouts and leg machine and some cardio so I can burn some of it off..anyways i'm going to go post some more beautiful thinspo..will write more tomorrow.

uggghhh i feel disgusting! i ate waaaay too much today..for dinner i had mcdonald's-i ate early about 3:30pm so i was hungry later and just ate a sub-never again!
Tomorrow i am going back on my diet-i just had a binge day today..i actually should fast tomorrow b/c i was such a pig today..well thats about all for now..

one more thing..does anyone take diet pills..i'm addicted. right now i'm taking lipozene-if anyone knows any info about it..if it works or not pls let me know..okay girls ttyl..
